The Compare feature was super useful and didn't limit the number of boards I could add to the list. Some information was missing on a few boards, but overall it was a very useful feature. Sale prices were better than other shops, and you offered free shipping! Your customer service chat staff was knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision.

I got my product pretty quickly, but was sorry to find out, that the small-medium capris were too big. At least I tried and will order again, when I find extra small. I returned my purchase and am now waiting for a refund to my credit card.

While I appreciated the sales team getting me my bike expeditiously, the bike set up was disappointing. The shocks were not dialed in, along with a few ther things. Most frustrating though was my wheel wasnt round, I had do some adjusting to the spokes. Its a good thing my friend is familar with this bike and can help me get it dialed in.

Whole transaction was very easy. Was very satisfied with the whole process. Ordering was very easy. Price on the product (ski bindings) was good and better than competitors. Communication was also good and the bindings came well packaged and exactly as I wanted. I would certainly recommend.

Stayed to shop because your price was lower than the Oakley site. I am concerned about your return process if things do not fit correctly.
