So easy and quick!

Price was right for last year's model of the Lange RX120s I purchased. Delivery time was ok.

They appear to be obviously new, but I expected more tags to be on the boots. The small instruction book had a plastic tie on it but it apparently broke off in shipping?

The boots seem to fit and I'll likely be keeping them but hopefully that wouldn't be an issue in the event I had to return them.

The site was extremely easy to navigate and very helpful. I love that it tells you how likely they are to sellout of a certain item and it gives sizing guides to help you if you do not absolutely know what size of board/bindings you need to buy.

Everything is fine in terms of shopping experience and delivery, but 2 years old used skis were beaten up like 15 years old. And I bought 2 years old skis in the past. It's OK to sell beat up skis, but you ought to spell it out, otherwise I feel cheated.

Good timing for a sale-right at the beginning of the semester. That said, I got the perfect board at the most reasonable price around.

Good price. Ontrac was a poor shipping choice. They had a committed delivery date that required me to be at home but the bike had not even entered my state yet. When it did arrive they changed the committed date to the following week. I went and picked it up from their warehouse instead of waiting.
