Very easy site to navigate. Liked the follow up e-mails for boot fitting, etc. Free return shipping option was a big plus toward purchase as well. Recipient of boots and skiis very happy with them. Huge cost savings compared to other businesses we looked at for a comparable package.

Appreciated the information on sizing for the snowboard gear. Helped a beginner like me decide what should be my first snowboard purchase.

Good customer service. Wish returns didn't cost 7 bucks though. Online shopping can be hard to get size right.

Great website... fantastic pricing and specials / sales... BUT, I did order this item (ski poles) on 12/23 with a delivery expectation of the following Wednesday... and the poles did not arrive until after we returned from our New Years Ski Vacation... I had to buy poles for my daughter on the mountain, so now she owns two sets... I will not return yours... We will just keep the extra pair.
