I don't really recommend websites unless it goes above and beyond. But thank you it was a good overall experience. I did try and get help but there was no chat button.
Overall everything is good except shipping was a little sketchy. UPS handed off to the post office in seattle area. I have a PO box, so the postal carrier does not normally deliver to my home, so the carrier decided to deliver the package to a different address because they have same last name as I have. Luckily the post office was able to retrieve the package and get it to me (with my persistent intervention).

If you're a service member serving overseas DO NOT use Evo. I used to love them stateside for wakeboarding gear, now I bought snowboarding gear to the tune of around $700 they charged me $110 in shipping even though they advertise free shipping over $xx. Go with the house dot com or anywhere else. The house for the same amount of gear not only offered $39 shipping but a $130 gift with a purchase over $150... I wish I'd done more research.

I was blown away. When I shop, I get into the details. That usually makes shopping online a journey, but Evo's website is a fine-tuned machine, and the selection is the best I've found so far. I ordered a ski Helmet and by their sizing guide and my previous helmet I owned I ordered the size I believed to be right. When it came I found it to be too small so now I need to send it back and while it's being shipped I am gonna have to order a new helmet which will be a lot of money untill reimbursed for the return item. But overal quality was good and your site is great. The harsh reality of shopping online, not being able to try things on
