Great experience, bought a set of skis that ended up being on sale for less a little while after. I texted customer service and they matched the price and refunded me the difference right away within 10 minutes. Ended up then buying a pair of boots too from EVO!
Products seem to be good quality and arrived in new condition. Previous order had a discrepancy with the condition of the product (minor damage), but customer service offered an acceptable solution. Products ordered are for use in winter conditions, so they have yet to be tested in earnest. Will be in touch if any problems develop. So far so good.
The only issue was that my credit card info was compromised and used to purchase $400 of gas in another state the day after I made my purchase on evo. This was the only purchase I ever made on that card 1 day after activating it. I let customer service know that this happened. No way to prove it was an evo issue, but you should defiantly be aware of it.
Liked the reviews and product details. However some of the product details assume you know what those mean. Also would like a compare feature (maybe i missed?)...I ordered the RS and SX to compare in person because I didnt find a useful compare on line.

Trying different promo codes was difficult. I do not like the return policy, it needs to be more lenient considering how unique, specialized and specific snow sports gear is for each person. Refunds should be allowed within 90 days. That would be nice. I ended up buying a GNU snowboard from REI instead of EVO.
