I recently purchased two Mons Royale merino wool base layers. The sticker price was approximately $95 for the base layer that was advertised as midweight and $60 for the base layer that was advertised as lightweight. When I received both garments they were identical without any perceptible difference in the weight of the garment. I did not return them but I was left with a question, "what did I get for my extra $30?" the order number was #*******W.

Overall, evo has a strong product selection and the ordering process was smooth. Shipping was timely and the item arrived in perfect condition.
Where the experience fell short was around a simple size exchange. Online exchanges are handled strictly as returns and new orders, and initially I was told both the return fee and rewards limitations would apply. While the team ultimately waived the return fee as a courtesy, the process felt more rigid than necessary for a straightforward size swap of a brand new item.
I appreciate that policies need to be consistent, but a little more built-in flexibility for size exchanges would significantly improve the customer experience.
That said, once escalated, the support team did work toward a reasonable resolution.
Tons of products, easy to order and fast shipments. Anyone on the phone is pro, they know what they are doing and the best customer service. I buy everything for snowboarding or bikes on here.
I was looking for a certain brand of skis and size. The skis I wanted were in stock and shipped with a reasonable amount of time. Already have 3 days on them since receiving them 2 weeks ago. A great experience and will always check EVO first on anything that I am looking to purchase.
My wife had ordered a few things, and one of the items was available on the website but actually not in stock.
Evo felt bad and gave her coupon to use on the next order.
I used that coupon for a pair of gloves.
I had initially purchased gloves on a different site, (backcountry) but later found the pair that I want to keep from Evo.
Overall, great customer service, great selection of gear, and great prices.

I bought some Black Crows powder skis and Marker bindings w some hesitation. It seemed like such a good deal I was kinda thinking was a scam... But a few days after I placed my order they were shipped and shortly after that they arrived!
I am super stoked and although there are other places w cheaper options, that depends On exact hat you're looking at. This was the best deal around! $640 for $1400 in skis! Thank you.

The Fedex tracking number indicates that it was delivered, but I've been to the delivery location several times since it was reported as delivered, and it's not there.
