It was a seamless shopping experience. I chose the free delivery option and it took over a week, which was to be expected since it was free and it was a pair of skis. The price was awesome for last year's model skis. Still a great, great deal. I've ordered a few times from Evo and every experience has been positive.

The site was easy to use, and I liked how far you can filter the products.
I have ordered a pair of skis, bindings, and boots from evo.com and paid using my credit card. The payment went through and I was expecting the gear to ship the next day but instead I received an email saying that they had concerns but didn't say what they were, so I replied to the email asking what the concerns were and explained to them that I cannot afford a delay in receiving the gear. A day passed but no reply. I send another email to customer service at which they promise to reply in less than 24 hrs. Another day passed and yet no reply. So we called them and apparently they are nice guys on the phone but they just don't check and reply to their emails, they just send ones!
The issue was then cleared and they shipped the gear and I ended up receiving them as promised in the first place so I guess this made it up for me.
