My only issue I had was that I got my confirmation email and then got my update email that my items were shipped. Great! Then I received an email later that day saying that the merino wool shirt I ordered was not going to be sent because they didn't have it! I bought the shirt to go with the pants and had to look elsewhere for the shirt(which cost me almost twice as much!) just so it matched the pants that had already shipped from EVO. I was not happy...

Great deal on a last year's snowboard model!
The product had some scratches on it, but was sold to me brand new. I received a gift card though to compensate.
International shipping rates were higher then the cost of items. Not your fault but wonder if you're missing out due to it? Is there a better way?

I was very pleased w/ my purchase and I got a great price. The shipping was free and my ski boots arrived much faster than I expected. All I need now is some snow to go try them out.
