I called customer service on a SUNDAY about these boots. The man who talked to me was so kind and helpful. He really helped me weigh my options and gave great advice. I am a beginner snowboarder and he was so encouraging and spoke in language a beginner can understand.

The shopping was great, other than I feel that I was mislead on the jacket I ordered! I thought it was going to be a good snowboarding jacket. It doesn't seem like it will keep me warm out on the mountain. I think the jacket was close to $***.
