Customer service was great, very knowledgeable about skis. Skis were rated "value" condition but had some damage I would consider rating lower than value condition.

I live in Alaska and have no mail service to my home. I have to drive to a US Post Office to get my mail. I feel cheated that USPS is no longer a legitimate delivery option, I now have to pay more than double what I would normally pay, have my order shipped to the PO anyway, and shipping time is longer.
Tried to enter a Visa gift card and it said the card was invalid; it's not.
Your site says you don't ship to PO Boxes but when I enter my street address it says my address doesn't exist and asks me to enter my PO Box. A lot of back and forth for an already frustrated shopper just trying to make Christmas nice for a child without losing her mind while going broke.
Sale prices were so much cheaper than other web sites. Great value! Also their return policy puts me at ease.
Wicked deals after Thanksgiving! Love just browsing things on Evo, but some things were too cool to pass up. Happy I decided to cave though... Was very satisfied with my order. Great delivery time! The only thing I would suggest is to possibly consolidate packaging a little. I just purchased two small items and they came in a huge box! Just maybe something to fix to either cut down on shipping or go 'evo-color-green' ;)

Easy fast. When I checked out delivery time of weds was promised and it was not delivered til Friday and I had to make special arrangements with UPS because I was already gone on vacation
