Came into your store on Black Friday and your staff was awesome and knowledgeable. I appreciate your awesome return policy, as my ski hill hasn't opened yet, so I am not sure when I'll actually get up and on the hill to give the items I bought a test in the elements!

Online store & customer service were top notch. They made up for a mistake in inventory on their end with a 20% discount, which led to another purchase through the online store. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

The package was late because of weather and late Trailers but also didn't say if it needs wax or sharpen or if u can but the speed wax on a new board

The Nike Kaiju boots I bought were great as expected. I recommend these because they extremely comfy and pack out perfectly about a half size as the sizing chart on EVO stated. This is my 5th different using EVO and could not be happier with my recent purchases. They make for a very easy and worry free buying experience

Easy to navigate. The kids section was organized really well. Found the items I was looking for. I liked the "sell out meter" which told me if I needed to buy quickly or risk having the item sell out.
