I was recommended to evo.com by my son, who just a highly satisfactory experience purchasing a new **** Ride Machete snowboard at a fantastic price on a Black Friday deal. He said the customer service rep answered all of his questions and was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He has already taken the board out for the first time and he LOVED IT! As far as my daughter's jacket, I will be returning it due to the fact that it didn't fit properly and she prefers a "parka" style, rather than a "bomber" style.
