All of my concerns were with the ups shipper seeming to lose your package for about 5 days. The tracking information they sent to me was nebulous, only telling me that they left the package in some ups facility but not explaining when they planned to resolve the issue. Your service was great

I wish that the products available to Canadians were as varied and cost conscience as they were for Americans. It's frustrating to see the amazing deals that Canadians do not have access to. Perhaps this could be amended in the future?

Anyway, I am still impressed with the company and believe I will absolutely purchase gear from EVO again!

I just didn't like how separate the online side was from the store side. It Would be better if that aspect was seemless to the customer, but not a huge deal.
It just made my exchange more complicated than it needed to be.
