This site has always been great to us. The customer service has been exceptional. I have bought everything from wakeboard to skis and clothing. The prices are hard to match but the customer service is second to none. Ordering ski boots is a perfect example of how important fit and function can vary not only from brand to brand but also within the same line. I wears hesitant to spend $***.** on a ski boot band I had never tried before. However, after being reassured by customer service, I decided to try a new brand and the fit was great. Knowing that I could trade the boot out for another one wasn't needed but greatly appreciated. I will continue to be a customer for life with EVO

The poles came in packaging (Cardboard) that was too small (Length wise) for the poles. Needless to say they were out of the packaging and the baskets were gone or had fallen out durring delivery somewhere. Dissapointing. BAskets are cheap, still dissapointing.
