This was my first time buying ski boots which was a learning experience. There is always an expectation that it should be perfect and while I'm not 100% sure if the boots are the right ones, i have to separate that from the fact that EVO's service was exceptional.
Overall shopping experience was good, little disappointed in the end to learn the free shipping wouldn't arrive until a week later.
