Great customer service. Called to confirm a few things before placing the order online staff was super helpful patient and gave great advice.

Shop design could be just a little better. It would be cool to see products which are recommended to get with the active one, e.g. Volcom pants and jackets have common pants-to-jacket interface, so it's preferable get them together...

The shipping method went gray (as in the color) and had the spinning pinwheel of death when I checked my address :) Other than that, it was a good shopping experience!

Experience was great but I received a product that looked slightly different than it's picture. It was a small difference but I wouldn't have bought it if I had known it would come this way. I really don't like pink! :) I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it or not.

I bought this boot to replace the Raichle Flexon Comp Slalom that I have used for many years and it was the 1st boot (my 7th) that didn't hurt after wearing it for at least 3 days in a row! No pressure points! Very easy to get in and out of. This new boot fits and feels exactly the same way so I think this should work on my 1st trip to the slopes.

Clean layout of the website made it easy to navigate and compare boards. The search function had search filters that i like, such as % saved and others. Also the reviews were really helpful to make a purchase between all of the boards, it became very confusing on what boards did what, so the education section was very helpful also!
