Shopping was easy, the price was right, and the item arrived quickly.

I always love shopping on Evo! Almost all of my snowboarding gear has been bought on this site. The board is also exactly what I expected. I opened the box and went straight outside. The only thing you have to do to the board is adjust the trucks to your liking. Also, add risers if you need them. Other than that the board is ready to go.

Great site, easy to search. Great product in the color I wanted. Love return policy clearly displayed even though do not plan to use it and follow up to insure quality customer experience. A company that puts customers first. Thank you EVO. Attitude is everything!

Only downside is shipping fee for Alaska, maybe you could allow other lower cost delivery options together with the 2 days delivery. Other companies like Tactics, Zumiez, they offer free delivery to Alaska. That makes them more competitive on the sale price.

Service has been great, however the jacket failed in the first five min of use. The bottom snap separated and fell out of the jacket. I also noticed after arriving home and hanging the coat up that one of the zipper pulls was failing on a pit zip.

This is the second time I have shopped at EVO. Once again shopping is made easy with clearly defined item description...great prices also.

Evo is great. I found it online looking for ski boots, but was weary about buying boots online because I wanted them fitted. When I figured out they had a store in Portland I went over to try the boots on and was very impressed with their customer service. I ended up buying the boots that day and over the next month, demoed skies and bought skis and bindings as well. I recommend Evo whenever someone needs something they carry.

Fit was not what I expected- pants were larger than I hoped and not slim. I like them and will exchange for a smaller size.
