Great experience evo makes it very easy to shop and that's why i always buy from then. It also helps that there prices are the lowest out of everybody.
I ordered a jacket that was a size to big, and my trip to the back country was the flowing weekend. When I informed evo of my situation they took care of my problem, and I felt afterwords, that there essentially was no problem at all.

Everything good except one thing. You should gave some discount/coupons for people who buy from you often.
