Nice selection, limited on face masks/balaclava items however. Also, when searching jackets, it would be nice to have a "zipper ventilated" selection on the search bar.
I received help from customer service with a warranty claim for a pair of defective snowboard boots. The purchase I made was in place of that boot. Evo has the best customer service, selection, price and is the reason I shop with them specifically.
Very easy to navigate through the site and find items. Would recommend a binding mounting service at checkout. Maybe have a survey that asks about skill level, stance, etc.

Decrease shipping price for 2 day items and next day items. If amazon would have had my item I would have ordered from them due to better shipping prices.
