Everything was fine with the product and the customer service on your end EVO.com...but the package when I received it was opened with one piece of tape holding it together the bag inside was opened on one end. No packing slip.I was very surprised that the snowboard did not have any damage done to it...so I don't know if that is so much on your end I would think it has to do more with UPS.but EVO.com was great and looking forward on purchasing a pair of bidnings from you in the next week or so.thank you
