Great customer service. Only one minor "complaint" - my order was separated into two packages that arrived on two separate days. I understand that that happens normally, but there was no notification sent to me that my order had been split. It'd be good to be notified when the order gets split.

I only needed one item and was going to make a purchase of several other items to get free shipping however the free shipping would have taken 15 days to arrive according the the shipping options upon check out.
Anything over 5-7 days is completely ridiculous I'm very disappointed
