Easy to shop, nice that I got free shipping and that you are close to where I live! I was pleasantly SHOCKED when I received my shipment the NEXT DAY and had paid NO shipping! I am still amazed. I know I live in the same state, but I had ordered it mid-day one day and it was on my doorstep the very next day. No shipping, not just "no extra shipping," NO shipping fee. The jacket is beautiful and so soft, color is true to the picture. It's for my daughter for her birthday and I know she will love it. THANK YOU, EVO! I will definitely shop with you again. The price for the item was great, too.

Packaging was terrible. Bindings were laying loose in side a box rattling and banging into each other. I imagine it would only take about 15 seconds to wrap them in some bubble wrap. Clearly not factory packaging.
