Tried to report and incident that happened before I had the evo, the customer service team told me I was liable and hung up on me. I've been a customer with them for 3 years now and they have always had bad customer service. When they can they will try to charge you for things you did not do. I'm switching to car2go.
Easy to buy
I am ordering for my son. He lives in New Zealand. The order is being delivered to me in US. It is unlikely that I will be ordering for him again

I've bought several mountain bike items from Evo in the last few weeks and everything has been awesome. My only complaint is with the shipping service which left two packages underneath my mailbox which is at least 300 feet from my house and not visible from the house. While I live in a low crime area, it is highly unusual for a shipper to not deliver to the door

The store staff were very courteous and accommodated my request to pick the order up during the 2-day company-wide retreat event, during which the entire store was closed Wed and Thu, but I had a flight to catch (and needed the item with me) on Friday. Someone came by and retrieved the item for me so that I could pick it up on Thursday, for which I'm very greatful!
