I paid over 400$ for a controller that im not happy with and the. Customer Service is even worst. If i could get a refund i would do it so fast.

It's a good controller, has some flaws regarding stick tension/drift & kind of sad that you can't remove paddles you don't want to use.

Bought a Xbox shift controller but wasn't able to reliably map the paddles. Mid-game, they'd remap to other, random, inputs making is worse than useless. Contacted EvilControllers via the website ticket system, via email, through public and dm tweets, and still no resolution (or meaningful help) 4 weeks later. Maybe it's a bad time for the company and customer service is going through a difficult time, but that's no good to me and my $210 lighter wallet.

The rapid fire is really glitchy. I used to had an evil controller back in the day with rapid fire, but this one I'm constantly resetting it and programming it to a setting that works. The rest of the controller is awesome, thumb sticks and quick triggers are a really nice feel.

After about a month of use the left joystick is already failing.

This controller is way better than all the buttons and wires part of the Xbox Adaptive Controller. Buttons that Evil adds are completely mappable, for a price, and the controller is completely one handed. Asking for a separate 3ft. Joystick with a controller curved base was also a necessary option. This has really opened the options for my type of gaming, and seems durable.

I am very happy with the quality of my controller. I did have an issue with one of the buttons and had to send it back. My biggest complaint was that I had to pay for the return label. Overall my experience was good.

Experience has been positive. Due to covid it took longer to receive than normal.
The learning curve to use the one handed controller is steep for now. Playing relaxing games for a while before getting into action games :)

I'm 100% satisfied with the whole experience, from the shopping experience on the website to the product received. I received excellent customer service as I had questions prior to ordering. The controller looks awesome and works like a charm, highly recommended!

I had a very difficult time placing the order because of various error messages. Support was as helpful as they could but was not able to fix the problem. Finally I placed to order by not signing into my account. I would like to add you support team was very timely responding.

Could use more customization options such as metallic colors and color options for bumpers, but was better than other controller customization sites

Hi, you were one of the few possibility on the market to have a product that would have enabled me to play with the PS4 although I've an handicap with my left arm.
Unfortunately the controller is not within reach, it is slippery and difficult to handle only with the right hand.
Probably the best solution would be to have a sort of joystick for the movements, up to 4 buttons to handle the fire and maybe other two external buttons to use with foot.
Slipperiness is the hardest thing to manage.

We had to use customer service for some issues with the controller- CS responded very quickly and solved the issues.

Website is easy to use. Customizable options are fantastic. My controller arrived on time expected on rush. Well done

Easy to choose options excited to get back to gaming

My dad is missing a hand. He really enjoyed it. The only problem he was is that their isn't a way to brace the controller for the non-digital appendage to press the left stick.
