You have plenty of products, however your descriptions need work. Go into more detail of what controllers can do as well as more videos of game play of the controllers in action. I was able to find some off site so I ordered the controller, however not sure how I feel about the product thus far. Im hoping the controller is set up better than the product promotion.

I built a controller 3 times and I received a message that the controller was added to my cart. When I clicked proceed to checkout, it said I didn't have anything in my shopping cart. I then was about to give up, but decided to create an account and then try adding an order. That time it worked. Of course other websites allow you to create an account during checkout, so I assumed I could do this as well. Its a feature you really should have, and if you do already have it then it is broken.
Need improvement on the call backs and ticket request response timing.

I tried to use the discount code you have on the landing page of your website & it wouldn't let me. I tried it several times and it told me it was invalid every time. False advertisement is horrible. This was my sons birthday present, if it hadn't been I would have changed my mind on purchasing with you.
Would like a pic of the controllers in the cart. I created a few versions with different options and faces to compare, but they didn't show up. Chose the cheapest prebuilt instead of the custom because of it.

The site kept crashing when I went to add an item to my cart. I had to keep refreshing the screen. Finally I created an account before I added items to my cart then it worked. The site was a little slow during the order process. Great products and site otherwise.
Both products increase in price by five once I intitiated the creation process. While $10 on this type of purchase is not a very large amount it did increase confusion. In addition when building controller the prices were sometimes the prices for equally equipped controllers were different.
I ordered a modded xbox 360 controller a few months ago and did not have alot of success. There were no instructions to the controller or even some sort of label. The controller stopped working after a couple of months of playing with it.
1) tried using promo code over the weekend and it did not work
2) disappointing that you do not allow promo codes and rewards points on the same purchase, kinda negates the point of getting rewards.
It has been great I would love to shop here again. I don't know why I've heard such bad things about your shipping mine came great.
