Overall pretty decent. Just want to know the difference in some controllers you have listed, vs creating the same controller in the creator. There is a 30 or 40 dollar difference.
I was originally going to order from another company but decided to call and ask a question. After talking with the guy who answered the phone (sorry, didn't get a name) I was impressed with his professionalism, and expert knowledge.
It would have been better if you had a gold controller skin.

Good, But you should have many more choices in designs.
The products are a little difficult to navigate at times. I was having trouble finding the 'white nightmare vision shell kit' and distinguishing what i was looking for from the evil d-pad vision shell version and the vision backplate version. Perhaps subcategories would be a nice addition to the already well organized products listing.
I think yall should have more varieties of bundles and backplates. Also try doing mullti colored or fractal designs
