Don't use Everest if you want after sales support. Had a flat roof with lifetime guarantee fitted after 9 years it developed a leak, Everest honoured the guarantee and agreed to fit a new roof. However they took so long to do it the ceiling of the room below for so waterlogged it collapsed damaging walls and floors. Whilst fitting the new roof they fell thru the ceiling of the 2nd room the roof covered so 2 ceilings destroyed. The accepted responsibility for the damage and agreed to repair but as I'm not paying the are in no hurry. Many missed appointments or workmen turning up with no idea of what needs doing and no materials for the job.
17 months since reporting the damp patch and it's still not finished. Rooms barely usable they just don't care, avoid them if you want good after sale service.
