I found Everbuying as a very simple and comfortable sit to buy goods. Everything there is clear and site works very reliable, I have not met any problems. Many of the prices are better than on e.g. Aliexpress. I decided to order and it was completed fast and properly. My goods were very well packed and came to Poland within 2 weeks from ordering. Personally I can recommend buying at Everbuying and will comeback again for sure!

P. S: for those people who have encounter the same problem as I, I suggest that you should follow their rules about buyers protection and random checked about paying your order. I think that's the problem that we misinterpret all of US. That's why we thought that their site is a fraud or we have been scams. Thanks for understanding me I'm not here just to praise everbuying despite of many negative comments but it is my own experience about shopping their site. Advertise the commodities, as cheap, on actions, discounts, point give for positive reviews on many web-sites, including SITEJABBER and people write positive reviews for money, then, when buy what commodity on this web-site with a discount, using presented point, they abolish these orders.
Technical support tells about an error, but an error can not be oftentimes in succession! They want, that for them all bought without discounts, for a complete price, that higher, than on other web-sites!
For example, I did yesterday 2 orders in this shop, I paid Xiaomi Redmi3S and Cubot Note S at a discounted price, in the morning already REFUND! More careful with swindlers!
I had very good experiences buying in this shop. Very fast shipping, I was waiting for my package for about 10 days. Products are 100% original and often cheaper than on Aliexpress or other sites. I recommend buying there.

Everbuying is great place to shop. When I have a problem with my order (one of the product has been damaged) I send a ticket to customer service and nice person just helped me and resend product. I didnt expect that and I am very satisfied.
A very good shop for gadget lovers. A lot of phones, tablets, quadcopters and accessories in stock. The usual prices are OK but I prefer to wait for a sale offers.
I'm happy with my order. The items are as described.
It takes about 2-3 weeks for parcels to arrive in Poland where I live. I really like the fact that the shipping is free (also for batteries; most stores charge for sending batteries). What I like even more is that I can reduce my final price using EB points that I gain from reviews and orders.
Oh, and they have PayPal payments so there is absolutely no risk of exposing your credit card data and you gain PayPal client protection.
I will come back for more items in the future.

I have already several times to buy in the store Everbuying. Shipping fast, for several days. This product comes to Ukraine for two weeks, which generally record for purchases from China. If there are any problems, they can always be solved within 24 hours, by opening a ticket with tech support. One of my recent orders TOCHIC 0.3mm 9H Tempered Glass Screen Protector EP**************. Very happy with it. For all the time I had only positive experiences with tech support and receiving parcels. This is one of the few stores in China, you can trust completely in the matter of your purchases from abroad. I highly recommend this shop.

There was a normal shop, but now very bad. Cancel orders, at least 10 cents, even for tens of dollars. Cancellations within a few hours after your payment. Shares of at the website fraud, they also canceled, although it is a violation of the rules (obviously just do not want to send). Without explanation of reasons. And it's not just me. On the Internet a lot of these reviews. Look at the rating on this site, or read in any forum. Do not buy in the store!
After writing the negative reviews, I was contacted by the store staff. They promised to fix the problem, if I write a positive review. But in fact it turned out to be a fraud, orders as canceled for no reason. Draw your own conclusions... To me - this store deceivers.

Giving these guys another chance. They actually did ship out my order quite promptly and tracking was indeed provided. However, where they messed up was providing a link for tracking that does not work on Chrome. I was unaware of that initially so it was very frustrating when customer service was being unhelpful by replying with stock answers telling me to wait another 5-10 business days for tracking info to update when in fact it'd already work on another browser, e.g. MS Edge/Explorer. Told them that I'd cancel my order thru credit card company then I started getting useful responses from them and finally got the issue straighten out. They brought this bad review upon themselves so really need to get that link/browser problem sorted to avoid unhappy customers. Shipping from China to Cali was about 10 business days so not too bad. Willing to buy again.

Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
