I made a Purchase and within 10 minutes noticed that the game was out of state.
I contacted Even Ticket Center via email and was told that it was my problem that I knowingly hit the purchase button and the only way a refund will be made is if the game is cancelled or I can resell my tickets.
My purchase was not even 24 hours old and they did absolutely nothing to help me.
I have filed a complain with the BBB and hope to hear back soon.
