I bought tickets from Eventtickets.com that I never received! I called customer service several times and was assured my tickets would come, "don't worry it's a 100% guarantee." The day of the concert arrives and only hours before the show I called yet again and was told my tickets have still not been transferred and there is nothing they can do. Only reason I gave a second star is because I got a refund. These tickets were for an important group event, it was super disappointing to have our night ruined. This company needs to do more for inconveniences like this.
The extra fees to process your purchase and charges are a rip off and cost a third of a ticket.
