Ordering was smooth except the PayPal connection did not work; had to switch to a direct credit card charge. Then, as an 'anti-fraud protection,' I was told to call my credit card company and report back the amount of a small test billing that your company had put onthe card I used. When I did this, I learned that the full amount of the charge had been put through already, so I was put to this trouble for no reason. Never experienced this in years of online buying. Pls find another way to verify a charge, or I'll find another online vendor in your field.

What can I say prior to the completion of a transaction? So far so good. Same thing the guy falling from a ten story window would say as he passes the fifth floor. I just wish there was a less expensive means of shipping...

Ordering was straightforward. I did have to ask for the shipper's contact information to schedule the delivery as it didn't show in the online invoice system I could see, but Eventstable quickly provided that info to me.
