The chivari chairs came in as beautiful as expected but there were at least 3 damaged chairs in the shipment that I'm waiting to hear a solution for.

Good customer service. The only problem was that 2 chairs were damaged through shipping and have yet to hear back about replacements. Also I ordered 10 chair dollies and we had to assemble them but the fabricated wheel holes did not match up with the nut holes on the actual dollies so we spend hours sanding each hole larger.

There was a mix up on my order. When I expected it to be on it's way, I received an e-mail that my order had been cancelled. That mistake was corrected and I finally received my order today.
