These are scam artists. Go look at their Terms and Conditions. They say they aren't responsible if they decide they don't feel like paying you or if your funds "go missing" or they just don't have the funds to pay you. Yet guarantee on the home page and on the app that you will be compensated for the work you put in. You essentially agree to free labor and the entire facade is just a farce. It's ridiculous. Customer services ignores emails. Report to BBB so others are aware of this scam.

They should be removed from the app store!

As many other users have reported, the app offers compensation for completing surveys but hardly ever follows through. After spending much time answering and completing surveys, when it is time to be paid, the message will appear that "the survey has closed" or you "don't qualify", despite answering all of their questions. They are scamming people into doing this free work. Customer service responds to inquiries by accusing people of responding too quickly or by saying that sometimes bad surveys "slip through".

Please don't let yourself be robbed of your valuable time and of earned monetary compensations! Try the many other survey apps that actually follow through!

Very fast payout and survey amount goes up the more you do. Be patient and it will pay off. I also had to contact customer support and they were extremely fast and helpful.

Survey sites are not meant to replace a job with a steady income and most survey companies pay very little. But their are some survey companies that are not legitimate. Eureka is one such company. I signed up with this company about 2 months ago and it's by far the worse survey company I have ever used! They locked my account and accused me of fraudulent activity because I attempted to many surveys. What kind of survey company penalizes you for attempting to take surveys? Needless to say not only did they still my time but they also stole $6 that I had earned for taking their surveys.
