Eureka survey will pay you, however, I would say literally 80% of the surveys you do after you've spent time doing them say you don't qualify or it says survey closed, you can spend 20 to 30 minutes doing a survey for it just to close on you. If you are lucky enough to get one that actually accepts you and pays you then when you get to five dollars you can cash out.
I have contacted Eureka customer service several times and they just say they're a third-party and there's nothing they can do about it

Pay for the surveys is sooo little compared to the time and energy spent, no one can in any way could justify participating.

Too sensored and a huge waste of my time. Because I am white and 64... girl please! I am disappointed when that message talking about placing restrictions on me because I guess I am not fitting into their agenda. THANKS BUT NO THANKS. I deleted that app so fast it would make your head spin. It took forever to obtain any monetary rewards like DAYS. Redirecting me with THIS WASN'T A GOOD FIT FOR YOU... R U serious... lol I'm moving on thank you very much!

They will not pay when you attempt to cashout. Website and app cashout buttons will not work. You will not recieve any response from support. This is the scammiest survey app out of all of them.

I've sent countless emails for support and no response. They owe me $22 dollars and I won that back on May 16th! I never received the money and I never got even ONE response back. TOTAL SCAM! Took a lot of time to earn that $22 dollars too. Don't waste your time! I'm STILL sending emails almost a month later and still nothing. I also left same review on Apple Store app under their app reviews and it said "contact support" lol even though I clearly stated YALL DONT RESPOND. Ridiculous

I've completed surveys with no compensation and half completed many surveys to be told the survey was declined or closed and got.02 or nothing. I've emailed them about the uncompensated surveys and they won't bother to respond. It's been over the promised day for a response and I just tried half a dozen surveys (probably spent 45 minutes filling them out) and they were all closed or denied AFTER answering a large amount of questions.

They have access to personal information and your phone completely they need to be shutdown permanently

I initiated a payout and did receive a confirmation email saying I would receive my e- gift card within 1-2 days. However, it was never sent to me. Tried emailing them multiple times, but the company did NOT reply! They scammed me for my previous time, money and my personal data and information!

Yes they also are with Survey Pop too Social Loop LLC owns them and there staff one sent me an email this morning and I filed a complaint with the BBB on this company they need to be required to pay all us survey takers more money than there required to plus the US DOL amd the labor union both has been notified it's time these companies got into trouble. It's a waste of time doing the surveys I got a screenshot I was flagged and several accounts to the staff is more than 8 I don't have but one with you. If you look on there site under terms of use they can share your personal information so who actually broke the terms of use Survey Pop did which is Eureka Surveys as well owned and ran by Social Loop LLC.

The app want allow me to go my Paypal account. Ever time I try to get in my account it always say unsuccessful. So there's no way for me to retrieve my earnings. I think the app is a total fraud.

Eureka owes me $25.00 and they refuse to pay me. They pay everyone else. Don't sign up robbers waste

It shouldn't take hours to get a lousy 5 dollars. Survey Junkie even pays when you don't qualify, they give you 3 cents just for trying, but Eureka, Survey Spin, and Survey Pop, who are all owned by Social Loop, LLC, are a waste of time, take HOURS of your time, and burns up your phone battery. Survey Junkie pays out at 5 dollars, but it takes an hour or less, and you're guaranteed a survey and or a payment for at least trying. $#*! you, Social Loop, LLC. Your survey sites are bogus...

I've been a member of Eureka Surveys for around a year via their different apps (they own multiple survey apps & sites). I cashed out several times and everything was well. However, I cashed out recently and they did not pay. They acted like they cared because they responded to my support tickets. However, they stopped responding. Every time I leave a negative review (which is warranted because they are stealing people's hard earned money) they send me a message that they want to "make it right". However, they never send me the reward and they never made it right. I stopped doing any surveys for them until they make it right. I would avoid them and try a different company until they can be honest and pay people correctly!

Then will take you to a very low paid resurveys that will kick you out after a few minutes if wasting your time and not get paid so you can't cash out

I completed an offer to download and play family island game to level 20 and I would be paid $9.72. Well I did and completed level 20 over a month ago and I am on level 36 now and have been emailing them ever since and they keep giving me the runaround and don't want to pay! Their surveys are a rip off too because they will let you finish at least 75% of the survey and then you get a message saying that the survey is closed or it's broken. They don't pay you for the time you spent either!

They have owed me a cash pay out since 3/31. It only $5.06. Be careful about signing up with this company. They refuse to pay me.

You could go in and select a survey you could complete it and we had done her submit it'll take you to another survey and start from the beginning so realistically you're doing two surveys and getting paid one maybe but the one you get paid for is the second one which is less in the original you selected they do this all the time when I submitted a complaint to them for survey that was a dollar and it took like another one that gave me 10 cents they decided to give me another 10 cents as equity for the mistake that they made

I've tried being diff genders and ages. I'm never who they are looking for! You kinda get a hint at the questions, but i never make the cut, even after spending several minutes on the survey. If you're lucky you at least get 2 cents. Most times the survey disappears and you get nothing. At this rate I'll never make it to $5 to cash out. You think they could screen someone a little better.

Eureka surveys used to be really great back in the day but now they got do they want to give you a penny a day what a joke when somebody's trying to make an honest living so I got my f****** iPhone stolen and had to change my email and and now they're treating me like some slave or some red headed stepchild the rejection is horrible I've been on $4.50 for 3 months now they will not let me do any surveys my iPhone was stolen my email is hacked but they think I'm trying to scam but new email no that's not true I had to change my email cuz my f****** iPhone was stolen screw this s*** with Eureka I'll find somebody better if they can't change your game maybe they'll get their cell phone stolen and no understand
