Hard to find a company/site that has great information and quality products. The RV/towing industry is riddled with mis-information... I've nothing but good experiences w/Etrailer.
I ordered side steps for my new 2019 Ram Quad. It took a very short time I received it and yesterday I had my son installed the side steps and it look wonderful. My truck is grey with black wheels and the side steps is black and it look perfect.
I discovered that I needed to check my quick connect air hose connections. Found a leak and had to order another quick connect fitting.
Everything about this trailer hitch from the ordering on the web site to delivery to installation was flawless. Especially like the different videos on how to install each part. Keep up the good work! They say there is always room for improvement, not here the guys and girls have this down pat.

I have built trailers for years, all types. But never when there was a mix of axles on a triple or quad-axled trailer. Conner was quick and gave a good, clear explanation if why. That can be as important some times as the short answer. My hat is off to this service. Top knotch.

I would of liked more options given and that is assuming that there were more than one option.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, unless you're absolutely positive about your purchase item. They will NOT refund your money or exchange it for another item. If you take it out of the package, it's considered "used" and will not refund your money! For a company as large, that's poor customer service and not expected.

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2"
Ordered the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" on a Sat and paid for 3 day shipping. Got an email shortly after saying it shipped. Turns out they lied and it didn't ship until Mon. It ended arriving on Thur evening. I refused delivery and Etrailer charged me shipping both ways and a $25 fee for refusing delivery. Ordered this from Amazon and got it the next day. One week later and still nothing from ETrailer. To make things worse, Etrailer won't even publish my review on their own website which is how they keep a 5 star rating on their products. Update 3/13 A rep contacted me to defend their position that even though they lied about the product being shipped when it clearly wasn't they kept $56 out of a $154 order for shipping, even after I offered to pay some of the overpriced shipping. Do your self a favor and go to www.easternmarine.com or Amazon for better service.
I asked a question related to a vehicle for a product I didn't buy from eTrailer and they were very helpful and were able to answer my question. Given that I wasn't even a customer I thought their service was outstanding. Highly recommend them!
Response was very fast and the information provided did answer my question. I did end up purchasing the BXW0756 since I received an answer directly from BlueOx and went on their recommendation. I do understand that if I were to have a couple of hundred pounds in the bed of my truck that the BXW1006 would likely be better however I am not expecting to need the extra capacity. I can always upgrade the bars since the rest of the hitch is identical.

I posted a question about a problem, and they gave me options on the set-up I currently have, as well as options for upgrading to a more flexible, durable configuration.
We ordered tire cables from etrailer.com. The bag containing the cables appeared scuffed up or like it was sitting in someone's trunk (in other words "used.") the package was also missing the bungy looking ties which secure the cables to the tire. We returned the cables and was charged a re-stocking fee of $20 even though we talked to a representative named Noah who said we were entitled to full refund. I would stay away.
Asked a few questions on rack options and the response was quick and accurate. John was friendly and hepful.
I had a question regarding a bicycle/ chair rack. I received an answer in two days. Although I decided not to purchase the item, they were very helpful.
I had questions on the demensions of a couple of trailer winches. Chris at Etrailer answered them with a timely and helpful response. One if their competitor's still has not returned a response. If your business model is delivering above average Customer Service, Chirs has embraced it in full!
