Fantastic hitch, alot better than the one that was welded to the frame. Easy install, took myself and a buddy about an hour to get it up and tightened down. The center hole had to be drilled, which from other reviews was to be expected. Overall good product and super easy installation.

Removed a lighter duty curt hitch that was bent in a minor collision and replaced it with this big bad mack daddy. This is a serious hitch, way heavier than the van is for sure.

After asking for the make, model and year of my car the description said the hitch was a fit for my car, after trying to install it I discovered it was about six inches too short for my car.

The ordering and delivery process by Etrailer is always excellent
I installed the fan atop my Ford Transit HR cargo van. I removed an existing solar panel, cut a round hole in the roof, used a Dremel tool to remove and flatten the sharp sides, painted the cut and scratched metal. Then I applied the sealing tape, 2 passes. Installed the fan using #8 phillip pan head sheet metal screws, and finally applied a generous amount of white self-leveling sealant to the metal housing.And of course, replaced the solar panel.
Pros-Easy to navigate the website, great videos, photos and reviews making purchasing the correct hitch easy. Easy to follow instructions for installation.
Con- Not the best packaging- arrives looking like it went though WW1 to get here. Could use a little bubble wrap or something to keep it from tearing through the box.
