I was very impressed with the way Josh was handling my concerns.

Met all expectations. Correct product was shipped - arrived on time and in good condition. Product worked as advertised.

When my order showed up I was not so sure the pigtail was correct as I could not find a plug under the dash that it would fit. ETrailer's customer service was able to help by confirming the pigtail I got was indeed correct based upon the pics I sent in, and they offered some insight on where I might find the plug for the factory brake controller wiring harness

I think I will have my customer service reps call and speak with Joanne. She will train them better than I can. I would offer her a job but the move accost country might not work. Joking aside, she is one of the reason I continue to order from etrailer. The other reason is I keep selling my car after I set it up to tow and buy a new one that, you guessed it, needs to tow.

Purchased a 26"-60" storage slide to use as an outdoor kitchen on our 5th wheel. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Wednesday. I don't know what magic E-Trailer uses, but to ship a large box across the country in 36 hours is amazing. The Moryde sliding tray is awesome. Super heavy duty and easy to install. My two burner Blackstone fits perfectly, now I just need to build it into the tray as planned.

Order was delivered but a week later that the expected delivery date. At one point it was within 30 miles of the delivery address. But from that date It went from Davenport, IA to Wisconsin to Minnesota then back to Des Moines then to Davenport again and then to us.

Needed a replacement rim for my camper after the old one was damaged. Etrailer had the exact wheel I needed and it arrived quickly, but unfortunately there was a big ding on the rim. I don't know that etrailer would have been aware of this because it was under the plastic wrap but not what you want to see. I needed it in a pinch and it didn't affect functionality so not a huge deal.

I would have given 5 stars but the packaging was terrible. Both ends of the box were open and 2 sides were torn through. Luckily all the pieces were there.
