I purchases a 5th wheel pin lock, and the process was seamless, and it was shipped promptly.
The website images are fine for the products but the images to choose which make and model factory roof rack didn't really match what I had and they only displayed in a really small, low quality picture. Product arrived. Have yet to install.
Brakes arrived quickly but were poorly boxed, had to grind off displaced metal because the boxes were dropped and the rotors edge had big high spots from hitting the ground. So much for the plating.

Same as always with the stuff from you. Box was obviously a returned item then all taped up and sent out to me. Missing the 2 carriage bolts and keeper washers. I assure you I will never use etrailer again. And will let everyone I know not to use etrailer again. This was the third thing I ordered from you guys in the last three years missing parts or pieces
One of the wheels is dented on the outer rim, will try and get tires put on today and hopefully it will seal off. Tried to send photo but was blocked for some reason.
