As described, it is a great box for the larger lithium batteries. It would still be a great battery box for smaller ones, it has a divider where you can have a little storage to the side of the battery. 100% satisfied with the battery box.

Buying my Dometic 320 toilet was an easy experience with each trailer. It was also very, very easy to install, though I wish I knew to tighten the flange down to the floor as well so the toilet would be even tighter. The only issue I had was that they said it would take two days delivered that said in reality it was so I guess we split the difference

Very easy to shop for everything I needed for this project. Your customer support was very helpful and friendly. Your shipping was extremely fast. The only hiccup I had was with reviewing my order for accuracy. In the process I somehow ordered a duplicate frame accidentally. I caught the error that same day however the order was already shipped out that fast. They were very efficient.

I am extremely disappointed with the trailer hitch I received. Despite an excellent ordering process and quick delivery, the packaging was atrocious. The box was trashed upon arrival, with the hitch heavily scratched and damaged due to inadequate padding. The hitch was mostly loose inside a large cardboard box, with flimsy cardboard loops that did nothing to prevent significant paint damage on all edges.

The damage to the powder-coated finish is severe, exposing bare metal that will surely rust, especially when exposed to road salt. To add to the frustration, the hitch came without any hardware or instructions, making installation impossible without additional purchases.

My experience with etrailer so far has been awful.

I've bought from here a few times and I love how easy it is to search by vehicle. The information in the description is very informative and the how to videos are great!
