I have a 2021 GMC Denali 3500 pulling a 5th wheel. I purchased a Furrion Vision S camera system for the camper with rear and two side cameras. The cameras would pair but not picture showed up. It turns out GM (Chevy and GMC) started using a power management system through the 7-pin connector starting in 2021. The lights pin sends enough power to drive the LED lights and pair the cameras, but not enough to drive the camera images. Furrion makes a 7-pin adapter that bridges the 12V pin to the lights pin, sending enough voltage to drive the cameras.

USPS regional/destination hub at Hazelwood MO is not working due to cost saving plan. Etrailer as a shipper should look into this and demand that it be corrected.

Everything matches up, except the depth of the metal that attaches to the receiver hitch, it's a little tight getting the connector back in there, however it does work.

Found this rim on 3 websites, etrailer had best description so I felt comfortable ordering this rim. Wanted it ready for a trip so I didn't want a lot of back and forth with having to return. They also replied to my question quickly which sealed the deal for me.

This kit was very well documented on how to assemble. Very nice kit.

The boxes used to package these hitches are simply not up to the duty of standard couriers. The box was torn open and the information decal was destroyed. 18 years ago I had the same problem.

Unfortunately I needed to do a return because of an error on my part. Etrailer customer service made the return process easy.
