I received my hitch receiver half out of the box. Whether this is a ups issue or trailer it doesn't matter as the box shouldn't have been flimsy enough that the hitch broke right through and was delivered hanging out of the box and with a damaged box.
Shipping was prompt. The website is easy to use. People are knowledgeable when you call them. The "bolt on" trailer hitch kit I bought for a 1990 Dodge B250 van didn't exactly just bolt on. I had to tweak a couple of things but not terrible. I'd buy form the people again.
