Unit was delivered 1 day early, was as described, except the unit comes with a remote, however it does not work with all functions such as when you hold button for 3 seconds to adjust temp or switch from Deg to Celsius, but does function on buttons on the front of the fireplace

Etrailer is great. Their people usually know what they're talking about. Some are new newbies and don't understand the questions being asked. Hopefully they gain more experience.
The video that said 2012 was different than my 2012. The hitch was fine the install was harder than expected. Tough to reach bolts made it impossible to use impact drill which I knew going in but even then could barely get a wrench on some bolts. Engineers fault not etrailer. Hitch does what it does pulls stuff. Wiring Light connector easy to install makes lights go on. Only advise Turn bolts slowly by hand to take off rear light assembly. I've seen them snap inside plastic when using power.
