Wanted to renew tags if they were expired at the same time as the rest of my fleet vans and clicked on the renew button on dmv website. Was taken to etags. When I put in info system told me it would cost over $50 which would be fine exept my tags were up to date so it charged me for a replacement fee instead. Had i noticed that it changed to replacement i would not have continued. When i contacted them minutes after placing order them they offered no refund.

When I found that I could get registration renewed on line I thought it would be better than standing in line.
When you sent the confirmation my total fee was $75.50. Had I gone to the registration office which is 15 minutes away it would have cost me $46.10. I called you to complain about the cost, especially the $19.95
Service charge. There was no mention on the online registration application about the service charge. I felt the form was misleading. I told your rep to cancel the whole order and he said it was to late which according to Florida law is untrue. He said the best he could do is reduce the service charge to $5.00. I will check to confirm this has happened when I receive my credit card statement. This is as professional and courteous as I can be. It wasn't a good experience.
