Fast and reliable service. I will definitely use it again and will recommend it to others. Easy ordering and notication was swift. I ordered on a Saturday night, was notified on Monday that my new sticker and registration had been shipped and they were in my mail box on Wednesday. It cost a little more but when youre 71 and you have had 4 surgeries on the same knee, it beats standing in a long line or sitting at the MVA for hours hands down.
Totally misleading as this is the first link available when you check the box to complete on line. No mention that it is not a direct link to the State or that there are additional fees (more than $35) to complete the request. There are no fees with the State directly.
You overcharge for this meager service. You are totally dishonest and do not state the true cost of this service. Hope you're out of business soon.

Paid an extra $40. Deceptive. It wasn't clear that this was not the standard govt Ca DMV renewal process site but a third party private intermediary. Have always renewed online through the DMV directly so didn't notice this change. Has taught me not to trust internet services. Next time I'll mail a check. All customers of the CA DMV beware that this is another ripoff service - privately owned that changes outrageous fees. It's only useful if you have forgotten to renew until the last minute. Caveat emptor! Don't let yourself get ripped off by them! Read the small print even if you need a magnifying lens to do so. Ugh!
As you move through the eTag process, there is no mention that you will need to pay an extra fee of around $20 for a service that is no different than the official Florida automobile registration process provides. Your company should be ashamed of taking extra money from many people who cannot afford it, but who are not tech savvy enough to see that the eTag website is not the official state of Florida website. Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
