I got fooled into using this service, they ignored my request to cancel even though I already paid my registration, and they knew it but they went ahead and processed it anyway so they could justify their overblown fees. Their advertisements make it look like they are DMV, they charge outrageous fees for doing nothing. Their customer service is horrific, they seem pretty used to people being angry that they got ripped off. Now I've paid double the fees for my car registration, and they told me to go get it back even though all they had to do was not pay it when I proved to them that I already paid it. This business is a scam, they said if I don't file a claim against them, they would refund some of the fees they charged me and tried to make me promise not to dispute the charge. When I agreed they suddenly said maybe they would give me part of the money back. How are they getting away with this? They should be shut down.

I never received the initial order from eTags and yet was charged a second time even more money for the second order. I read that if it was due to non-delivery I may get a refund of a portion of the order but never did. If it hadn't been for having to have triple-bypass open heart surgery on an emergency basis right in the middle of my renewal time, I most likely would have been more vocal and kept up with the status of the order but having spent 3 weeks in the hospital, it was a difficult for me to keep up with the order status.
I placed my order for my tag and it came in the mail quickly!
