Quick and easy. A little pricey.
Fast, easy to use.
My documents arrived just as promised. Great Service
Awesome took just a couple minutes and it's a done deal-it's my 3rd yr using etags
It was fine
Would not take credit card because of expiration date ex 01 Jan instead of Jan. Not good.
It was so easy and quick to do it
Whole process was very quick and beats applying anywhere in person. Excellent service - I am very pleased and would recommend to everyone.Thank you.
Thank you
Great service, prompt and couldn't be better.
Made very easy!
I was hesitant to use this service because I read so many complaints about hidden fees, but since my registration was $600 and near expiring - I took a chance. All of their fees are laid out and it's pretty clear what each fee is for. It's also clear that they're not with the DMV. My advice to the complainers here is to DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE and read what you're paying for before you do because it's YOUR FAULT when there are "hidden" costs. Also, know what you're clicking intno. You were probably confused because you google searched "dmv registration" and clicked on an ad that directed you here. That's marketing today folks, so pay better attention. So with all that, here are my pros on why this service fits me.
+ I don't want to waste/spend my time at the DMV
+ I'm guilty every year of racking up late fees (it's a horrible habit that I'm trying to break) because I delay paying large expenses (my registration is usually over $600 and with late fees always ends up being close to $1,000)
+ To break this habit, eTags offers flexible payment options to allow me to choose a payment plan that I'm comfortable with while still getting my tags and avoiding DMV late fees
So if you don't mind taking the time out of your day to go to the DMV and pay directly and in full, then maybe this isn't the service for you but I don't think it's doing this company any justice by calling it a scam. OK end rant.
Enjoy the day!
Save time and out of traffic
Quick and easy - now done!
Why is the new tag different from other tags on other cars?
I ordered for 2 years. The actual cost was $77.20 but with their service fee, agency fee, credit card fee, etc. I paid $111.05. For that much of a markup I'll just make the drive to the DMV next time.
Very quick and convenient.
Thank You
The online process has been smooth and efficient. Thanks
THIS WAS EASY AND CONVENIENT.
I was apprehensive about renewing my registration on-line due to past experiences with similar situations. Specifically the State of California. I really was surprised that I didn't have any difficulties. I am not a computer whiz but able to do enough on the computer and still have had complications in the past. This was straight forward, self explanatory and only a few steps. I liked the e-tags. I worried about getting pulled over and not having proof of registration. So the e-tags were a good idea. My actual tags arrived 8/7. I ordered them on 8/1. I recommend registration renewal on-line. But I still believe in AAA.
Easy to get around the web site.
Thanks.
Quick and easy
It works for me
Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Thanks for your question and best of luck.
Answer: Hello Patricia, thanks for your question and our apologies on the delay in reply as we do not check this third party, independent website regularly. You certainly can order a duplicate Florida title on our website by visiting https://www.etags.com/app/fl/print-title. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email were we promise to get back to you in a prompt time frame. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. If you would like to no longer receive emails from eTags, you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you received from us. We can also unsubscribe you if you would like to send us your order ID or tag number and name on the order. To unsubscribe from emails from separate parties such as SiteJabber or ShopperApproved, please use the unsubscribe link in their emails or contact them as they are not affiliated with eTags. We hope this information helps. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi Wilma, thank you for your message. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Answer: Hi Kim, Thank you for letting us know. I am sorry you have not received your shipment. Please forward either your Order # or plate number and I will investigate and get back to you quickly. Kind regards, Cole
