This was so streamlined and easy to use. I enjoyed using this site
It takes the place of being closed because of the virus and long line waiting thanks
It was easy to use. But I ran into issues with multiple car registration. I had t do 2 transactions.
Great have not gotten title yet
This was easy...paper work looked very uncomprehensible
Awesome company, recommended to everyone I know

The online registration is very easy. However, the extra charge to register online is way too expensive

I hadn't used in awhile but it was fast.
Thanks it was easy as 123, highly recommended!
Pretty easy to use. Thank you
Fast and easy, I was worried because I moved wasn't sure how to go about updating my address since DMV offices are closed due to corona virus issues. This site does ask where you would like your tags sent to, made it less stressful for me. Will definitely be using this site next time around.
Quick and easy as 1 2 3.
It was fine,wonderful,magnificent,delightful,yippee.
It's pretty easy to use, and "convenient" since you don't have to stand in line, but $30 is too much of a surcharge for an online transaction. I only used this due to the COVID-19 quarantine, since I would not have wanted to go there even if they were open. When I need to use these services, this is only a last resort if I have no way to get to the actual offices.
What I don't like is the extra charges for doing this online. I've seen this with other companies and I don't understand the thinking behind it.
You charged me a "credit card convenience fee" for doing this online. I understand credit card companies charge a percentage to use the service, but $3.95 seems excessive when I think the fee is about 5% of the total charge, which would be $2.50. Is it really better for the company if I write a check and send it in so now you have to go through the entire process of handling and depositing the check and won't see the money deposited into the account for at least a week.
What is the difference between the "Agency Fee" and "eTags Service Fee" what agency am I paying $6 to, the FL DMV? Would I still have to pay this fee if I walked into the DMV for this transaction. I assume the $19.95 to eTags is for the cost of their service. That seems excessively high to me for the use of an online digital service. My whole point in this is you want to make it seem like this is all to help me out as the customer but I see it as beneficial to both of us. I don't know what it cost the FL DMV to enable this service, but the fact that I paid 39.3% extra for the total cost of the registration is troubling to me. Don't confuse the fact that my satisfaction with the service does not extend to the cost of using it.
Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Thanks for your question and best of luck.
Answer: Hello Patricia, thanks for your question and our apologies on the delay in reply as we do not check this third party, independent website regularly. You certainly can order a duplicate Florida title on our website by visiting https://www.etags.com/app/fl/print-title. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email were we promise to get back to you in a prompt time frame. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. If you would like to no longer receive emails from eTags, you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you received from us. We can also unsubscribe you if you would like to send us your order ID or tag number and name on the order. To unsubscribe from emails from separate parties such as SiteJabber or ShopperApproved, please use the unsubscribe link in their emails or contact them as they are not affiliated with eTags. We hope this information helps. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi Wilma, thank you for your message. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Answer: Hi Kim, Thank you for letting us know. I am sorry you have not received your shipment. Please forward either your Order # or plate number and I will investigate and get back to you quickly. Kind regards, Cole
