I feel that your company took advantage of me. I was trying to reach the Palm Beach Gardens office to renew my registration and somehow your web site popped up. After I put in my information and credit card, I was never told of any agency fees or shown the total amount that I would be charged. It was a complete surprise and shock to see an invoice for $70.00 for a $36.00 tag! I am an 85 year old widow and have always been careful of my dealings on line. When I called to complain, your representative was kind enough to refund a good part of the agency fees, but I cannot approve of your way of doing busine
Expecting only the decal sticker years of expiration but there's a discrepancy on my order issued me two plates for my cars. I requested two years renewal for my two cars,one renewed two years but the other only one year. My cars years 2006 and 2009 but still issued me two new plates which I don't need it right now. I feel you just want to make money. I was told when I spoke to Ben that every ten years, Florida laws needs to issue a new plate but my question was my cars is 2006 and 2009. Never mind since it's there already I will keep it and I hope you will send me a notice in 2016 for the car that will expire in 2016. Thank you anyway.
