Good
Thank you for this service
It is much cheaper to go to your nearest registry or make sure you click on your County website.
Very quick and easy. Ill always use the net top register from now on.
Very quick and easy way to renew plates. Really appreciate the time savings and ease of this website. Also, it is a no brainer to renew for 2 years. Saves even more money! Thank You!
Everything is great
So convenient! I love my bag!
Very easy!
I was frustrated at one point when I didn,t fill one blank and you wouldn't let me correct it so I started all over again
I feel that I've been royally ripped off in terms of cost. When I first received my tag renewal notice from Sumter County, it made it appear very easy and hassle-free to renew online. After I found that I had paid over $20 more than I would have had I just driven 2 miles to the Sumter County offices, I was appalled. A good service, but very, very expensive.
Never again!
The process itself was fast and easy. I don't know how reliable it is, but I was linked from DMV.org, so here's to hope...
Quick and efficient. I am a senior citizen and feel taken advantage of and duped. The costs added were much too high. I thought I was ordering locally and could just go and pick up the new registration.
Efficient Government Action!
I asked for a 2 yr renewal and your program had the amount for a one year renewel. Their service fees and other added on fees that I didn't know about until after placing my order were outrageous. I lived in California and always renewed my tags online and the State of California didn't add on $35 south of service charges for the convenience. I am shocked and appalled by this kind of usury.
The services provided were very satisfactory. My dissatisfaction concerned the final costs not being revealed until after the tag request was submitted. There were essentially an added $50+ in fees for this service. Assuming a online transaction was more convenient and less expensive to the Agency, I was shocked to see all of the added fees. I live no more then 10 minutes to the office and, if I knew the cost of the added fees, I certainly would have driven there and paid for my renewal. A small service fee maybe but not one as costly as this. Will NOT use the online service again.
The website is so intuitive and straightforward. Very easy, very well designed and other sites should try to copy your lead.
Quick and to the point...I only wonder why you sent a new plate? It was a renewal but that's fine. What happens to the old tag/plate?
Very quick easy and simple.
Perfectly easy!
Wait until I get my tag and see my bill. Too much profit
Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Thanks for your question and best of luck.
Answer: Hello Patricia, thanks for your question and our apologies on the delay in reply as we do not check this third party, independent website regularly. You certainly can order a duplicate Florida title on our website by visiting https://www.etags.com/app/fl/print-title. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email were we promise to get back to you in a prompt time frame. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. If you would like to no longer receive emails from eTags, you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you received from us. We can also unsubscribe you if you would like to send us your order ID or tag number and name on the order. To unsubscribe from emails from separate parties such as SiteJabber or ShopperApproved, please use the unsubscribe link in their emails or contact them as they are not affiliated with eTags. Answer: Hi Wilma, thank you for your message. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Answer: Hi Kim, Thank you for letting us know. I am sorry you have not received your shipment. Please forward either your Order # or plate number and I will investigate and get back to you quickly. Kind regards, Cole
