This was an amazingly great gift for my grandfather. He has owned land in most states within the US but has never owned anything that would be worthy of lordship. When he received his title he was very much pleased with joy and to this day is a great conversation starter. Here's to Lord Eugene and Lord Daniel!

I read a lot about this prior to purchasing it but I must say not even the negative reviews could keep me away. It was so much fun receiving a Lady certificate! And after I received mine, my mom desperately wanted one too therefore I gave her the perfect Mother's Day gift: I turned her into a lady;-) now my little 9 year old sister is the next in line to become a lady but we have told her she needs to behave like a lady to become one. She has been on best behaving anxiously looking forward to becoming a lady. This has become such a fun gift within our family!
